Adrian @ ubucentrum (thanks!) found a video with Ubuntu running on a HTC Touch Pro 2 instead of Windows Mobile:
There are of course some limitations such as not being able to perform calls from withing Ubuntu, but still this seems amazing.
I think running Ubuntu Netbook Remix (now Ubuntu Netbook Edition) would have been a better choice (or maybe Lubuntu) for such a device, but it's still nice to see this can be done. Now if only Ubuntu would add some features missing for Mobile devices...
