To install Ubuntu Tweak, firstly make sure you have the Ubuntu Tweak PPA added to your software sources. If not, add it (remember, Ubuntu Tweak 0.5+ will only work on Ubuntu Karmic or later):

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tualatrix/ppa
Then install it:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install ubuntu-tweak
or just upgrade if you have it already installed:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

Alternatively, download Ubuntu Tweak 0.5.1 .deb from HERE.
