Metro: Last Light, a popular single-player first-person survival horror video game, is available for Linux, through Steam.


Developed by 4A Games and published by Deep Silver, Metro: Last Light was released in May 2013 as a sequel to Metro 2033. The action takes place in the universe of Metro 2033, a post-apocalyptic science fiction novel by Dmitry Glukhovsky, and its sequels.

According to the release announcement, "Nvidia owners should experience no problems with the game. 4A Games and AMD are working together on improving performance on Linux and are waiting for updated drivers from the graphics card manufacturer".

Metro: Last Light is available for Linux on Steam and costs 29.99€ / £24.99 / $39.99.
