GIMP Plugin Registry

GIMP Plugin Registry is a collection of plugins for GIMP image editor, available as a Debian package. Some of the included plugins: Film Grain, El Samuko GIMP Scripts (which includes effects such as "Obama Hope, Movie 300", antique photo border and more), GIMP FX Foundry (a huge collection of scripts for GIMP), Liquid Rescale, Save for Web plugin, Refocus, X11 Mouse Cursor, Warming and Cooling Filters and lots more.

The latest GIMP Plugin Registry 3.5.4 comes with bug fixes as well as 4 updated plugins:

The latest GIMP Plugin Registry (version 3.5.4) is available in the main WebUpd8 PPA for Ubuntu 11.04, 10.10 and 10.04 (it's already available in the main Ubuntu 11.10 repositories), in sync with Debian Unstable (so the packaging work has been done by Bernd Zeimetz - many thanks as usual!).

Important: GIMP Plugin Registry from the WebUpd8 PPA is built for the stable GIMP (2.6.x) and it doesn't work with unstable GIMP 2.7.x (you'll get an installation error if using GIMP 2.7.x - and even if you force the install, you'll get errors later on for some plugins).

To add the WebUpd8 PPA and install the latest GIMP Plugin Registry 3.5.4, use the commands below:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gimp-plugin-registry

It's also recommended you install the latest G'MIC version.
