Synapse, the cool new (well, not that new, it's been out for a few months now) semantic launcher will be getting a new "Do-ish" theme as well as drag and drop support. Further more, you can easily recolor the Do-ish theme by going to the Appearance Preferences, on the "Themes" tab, click "Customize" and then select a different color for "Selected items background" on the "Colors" tab.

The code has just landed in the Synapse BZR and is not yet available in any PPA but you should probably get an update in the next couple of days if you're using the bleeding edge Synapse PPA.
