It seems today is a day full of releases. VirtualBox 3.0 has been in beta for less than a month, but Sun Microsystems decided to officially release it today.
VirtualBox 3.0 brings OpenGL 2.0 support with hardware acceleration on supported hardware / drivers and support for SMP (Symmetric Multi-Processing) to guest operating systems. Also, there have been a lot of bugfixes and improvements. The VirtualBox change-log is available via their Wiki.
