People following a small number of blogs / websites will find that following them using the Google News Timeline is a much more convenient way to read feeds / news.

Google News Timeline normally only allows you to view results for certain keywords, but you can use it to read RSS feeds, like this:
http://newstimeline.googlelabs.com/?subs=blog.<feed_address>
for instance, to read Web Upd8 using Google News Timeline, this is how the url should look like: http://newstimeline.googlelabs.com/?subs=blog.http://feeds2.feedburner.com/webupd8

You can also add multiple feeds, you would have to add a %2Cblog. after each feed, like so:
http://newstimeline.googlelabs.com/?subs=blog.<Feed-A>%2Cblog.<Feed-B>%2Cblog.<Feed-C>

Here is an example of multiple feeds (WebUpd8, TechCrunch, Mashable, Web Upd8 Twitter Updates, Lifehacker).
