This is probably the simplest way of saving flash videos from different websites:

1. Go to /tmp folder and delete all files that look like this: "FlashThfR4j" or something similar, the idea is that it must start with "Flash".

2. Play a video you would like to save on your computer and wait until it's fully cached. Don't close the page yet!

3. Go back to /tmp folder. Here you will see a file called something like: "FlashTJFLL5" (again: begins with "Flash" and is followed by some letters). This file contains the video you just played in your browser. Now save this file somewhere else and that's it.

You can then either play this file directly or rename it into either .flv or .mp4 (depending on the website / quality).
