gettransmute

If you’ve got two or three browsers installed in your computer for whatever reason, chances are only your primary browser has got all your bookmarks. You might be feeling out of place when you work on other browsers because your bookmarks may be missing.

Transmute may come in handy as the ultimate bookmark conversion and synchronization tool. Transmute runs on .NET framework and can backup bookmarks from one browser and restore them to another. For example, I can use it to copy my Firefox bookmarks to Google Chrome very quickly. You can tell Transmute to overwrite existing bookmarks or copy them to a new folder.

The best thing about it is that it supports that a lot of browsers including Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari, Flock, Maxthon, Konqueror not to mention Chrome and Firefox. There’s also a portable version that can be carried around in your USB flash drive.
