I recently came across a great jQuery bookmarklet (works in most browsers) that translates inline words / phrases. A bookmarklet is like a bookmark, but instead of it being an address to a website, it's JavaScript. Here is a video to understand better:
To translate a phrase, hold down the Shift key and double click a line of text. To translate a word, simply double click it. Here is the bookmarklet: Translate intro English <- just drag that to your bookmarks and click it whenever you need to translate something into a website (into English).
