snapshots websiteBackupURL takes snapshots of websites, kind of like Wayback Machine, but the snapshots are taken on demand. I find it very useful as an alternative for screenshots. Here is an example, a cached version of WebUpd8.
Say you want to save the state of a web page and you want to proove that you didn't modify it:

-pictures can be alterd using software such as Photoshop
-if you save a copy on you computer, some elements will not work and also contents can be altered easly

That's why BackupURL seems the best way to preserve a website on a given date. I only wish i knew about it about a month ago when Google marked all websites as spam, just for fun.
There are, of course, some limitations. For instance, flash and embedded content won't be saved but BackupURL is still a very handy web tool.
